Movie Rating...X-Men

I will admit I use to love the X-Men comic books. Excuse me...I mean LOVED the X-Men. I sat through the first and second X-Men movies, hoping and wishing that they would correct themselves.

If you read the comic books as a kid or an adult you know what I am referring to...pratically everthing is wrong!!! I am not going into all the details but...Rouge was useless in the movie and she could fly in the comic books, she had confidence, spunk and had a Southern Accent!!! Hell the aminated series was more accurate than the movies.

With that said...the movie was ok...I give it a B-

Changes

Things are changing for the better.....I've had a rough couple of days...**cough*** week or 2 but hopefully with the love and support from my friends and fam everything should be okay.

Ok, so this past weekend I saw V for whatever....anyway, it was okay. I swear though I like Nat. Portman, but she cried to damn much. One word...Netflix.

Apartment hunting in Silver Spring

I'm in the process of trying to move closer to work (in DC). There are several apartment buildings in Silver Spring that I have been looking at. Although the reviews of such apartments are awful..But dang near every apartment has a bad rating..so seriously bitter and angry people...anyway....which apartments do people like?

My choices are:

1. Alexander house
2. Bennington
3. The Blairs (all except the Towns--I'm not made of money)

That's about it.

Any thoughts about those?

They are married and she's pregnant? Ok...She's a TV star with a not-so-good movie career ( did you see Elecktra?) and he is a not-so-good actor with a failing movie career. Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that he dated J-Lo and that his new wife happens to have the same first name....No one would care!!!!

Wow...long time no blog!

To a certain person I know, see I updated the blog!!! So now you do the same!! Things have been really boring over here.

I saw a couple of great movies though.

Crash- A+ - although at times very hard to watch.

The Longest Yard- B+- very funny. Also a plus was the fact that the audience in the theater was having a great time. It was weird everyone was on the same page, it was a late movie (9:40pm) everyone was in a very chill mood. I laughed and joked with the people sitting next to me. So that made the movie experience even better.

Revenge of the Sith- A- very good, but of course if you saw 4-6 it was predicable. You know who had to live and who died. Although, it did fill some gaps, but the dialog between the lead role and his wife was soo bad, people in the theater started booing!

Oscars

Drinking and watching the Oscars are a wonderful thing.

Also, is it just me or is Chris Rock sooo funny and sooo wrong at the same time.
